These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of Wearable Devices and electronic body monitoring products; our websites, including www.rm-i.com; the software embedded in Rajmall Inventives devices, the Rajmall Inventives Connect software, the Rajmall Inventives mobile applications, memberships and other Rajmall Inventives services (collectively, the “Rajmall Inventives Service”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Rajmall Inventives Service.

Eligibility
You must be 13 years of age or older to use the Rajmall Inventives Service. You may only connect to the App using an authorized Device that is manufactured, distributed, or sold by or on behalf of Rajmall Inventives (an “Authorized Device”) and you may not use the Rajmall Inventives Service with any software of application other than the App and the Sites in the form provided by Rajmall Inventives.
Medical warnings and disclaimer
Use of the Rajmall Inventives service is at your own risk. The Rajmall Inventives service is intended for recreational use only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease. You should always consult with your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before engaging in a new exercise program or training regimen, significantly changing your diet, or engaging in strenuous or increased physical activity. If you have any specific questions about your use of the Rajmall Inventives service or your health and fitness, you should consult your doctor or another healthcare provider.
If you experience a medical emergency or medical symptoms, stop using the Rajmall Inventives service and consult with a medical professional. We are not responsible for any health problems that may result from your use of the Rajmall Inventives service or injuries due to the physical nature of wearing a device during any activity. We are not responsible for training programs, consultations, recommendations, advice, tips, content, products, services, or events you learn about through the Rajmall Inventives service. Prolonged contact with wearable devices may contribute to skin irritation or allergies in some users. If you notice any skin irritation, remove your device. If symptoms persist longer than 2-3 days after removing the device, consult your doctor.
Use the Rajmall Inventives service at your own risk
Our goal is to provide helpful and accurate information on the Rajmall Inventives service, but we make no endorsement, representation or warranty of any kind about the Rajmall Inventives service including the activation of any alerts by you, any Rajmall Inventives content, information, services or recommendations. The accuracy of the data collected and presented through the Rajmall Inventives service is not intended to match that of public or other private emergency services.
Without limiting anything in the preceding paragraph, Rajmall Inventives is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, effectiveness, or correct use of information you receive or send through the Rajmall Inventives service. Use of the app also requires a data service, Bluetooth connection between the Rajmall Inventives device and your smartphone, and a cellular connection. If you rely on any Rajmall Inventives content or the Rajmall Inventives service, you do so solely at your own risk.
Please review the Rajmall Inventives service general disclaimer and the Rajmall Inventives limited warranty so that you fully understand these limitations on the Rajmall Inventives service and your use of any products and Rajmall Inventives apps.
Compatibility
You are solely responsible for determining the compatibility of the products with other equipment, and you accept that lack of compatibility is not a valid claim under the warranty provided with your products. Full use of the Rajmall Inventives service is dependent upon your use of a computer with adequate software or a supported mobile device and internet access. The maintenance and security of this equipment may influence the performance of the Rajmall Inventives service (especially a Rajmall Inventives app) and it is your responsibility to ensure the equipment’s functionality
Ratings
We may display age, comfort, and content ratings for digital content that are based on information provided to us by the developers of such content. We cannot guarantee that digital content ratings will always be accurate, nor can we promise that you will not find some material harmful, offensive, indecent or objectionable.
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites. Your use of the services and content
Except as otherwise agreed upon, if we if we enable the use of software, content, virtual items or other materials owned or licensed by us (“software and content”), we hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable license to access, install, and use the software and content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, conditioned on your compliance with these terms. You will not use, copy, adapt, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, attempt to derive the source code of, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sell, rent, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast or otherwise exploit the software and content, except as expressly permitted by Rajmall Inventives or as permitted under applicable law. Any unauthorized use of the services is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted in these terms. No licenses or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted to you.
Equipment; software; and updates
Certain equipment and software may be required to access and use the services. In addition, we may need to automatically update some of the software you obtain through the services or provide you with new software to keep the services functioning properly, which could include bug fixes, patches, enhanced features, missing plug-ins and new versions. By using the services, you agree to such automatic updating.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and where technically feasible, to disable your access to or ability to use services that we believe present a health and safety risk or violate our community standards, agreements, laws, regulations or policies. We will not incur any liability or responsibility if we choose to remove, disable, or delete such access or ability to use any or all portion(s) of the services.

Use of the Rajmall Inventives service (including but not limited to any product and any Rajmall Inventives app) should not replace your good judgment and common sense (and that of your Rajmall Inventives contacts that you designate in any Rajmall Inventives app and any other members of the Rajmall Inventives community). Please read and comply with all safety and cautionary notices that accompany your product and/or the Rajmall Inventives service, including those located on the product packaging and insert, as well as any other notices posted on any part of the Rajmall Inventives service.
License limitations.
You agree not to do, or authorise or permit others to do, any of the following:
Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the app or the sites or make any commercial use thereof or of the Rajmall Inventives service;
Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify or tamper with any portion of the app, the sites or other aspects of the Rajmall Inventives service (except to the extent any such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law);
modify, alter or create any derivative works of the app or the sites;
modify or attempt to modify the device or circumvent any technological measure implemented by Rajmall Inventives or third parties to protect the Rajmall Inventives service or any users;
access the Rajmall Inventives service or any Rajmall Inventives content through the use of any mechanism other than through the use of an authorised device and the app in the form provided by Rajmall Inventives;
remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice on or in the app or the sites;
use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; or (vi) use the Rajmall Inventives service other than for their intended purpose or in a manner that interferes with the use of the Rajmall Inventives service by other users.
Purchases made through the Rajmall Inventives store are intended for end users only and are not authorized for resale or re-export. Please contact retailers@rm-i.com if you are interested in potential resales of products.
Copyright, Trademark and related Policy
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rajmall Inventives and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Rajmall Inventives. The contents, including information, text and graphics and all other material contained on the Site or features and functions we make available on our Site (collectively, the “Content”) are for your personal informational purposes only. You may view or download a single copy of the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not delete or alter any copyright or other notice we place on any Content.
Content is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws and regulations of the India and foreign laws. You may not use Content in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms and if you do, your right to use the Content will automatically terminate. The trademarks, names, slogans, logos, characters and service marks (collectively “Trademarks”) displayed on our Site belong to us or have been licensed to us. Rajmall Inventives respects copyright law and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement (“Infringement”) of any person. If you are a copyright owner or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the Service, you must submit your notice in writing to the attention of “Copyright Infringement” of dmca@rm-i.com and include in your notice a detailed description of the alleged Infringement. It is Rajmall Inventives policy to terminate in appropriate circumstances account holders who repeatedly infringe the rights of copyright holders.

The Rajmall Inventives logos and any other Rajmall Inventives product or service name or slogan contained in the Rajmall Inventives Service are trademarks of Rajmall Inventives, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Rajmall Inventives or the applicable trademark holder. You may not use any metatags or any other “hidden text” utilizing “Rajmall Inventives” or any other name, trademark or product or service name of Rajmall Inventives without our prior written permission. In addition, the look and feel of the Rajmall Inventives Service, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts, is the service mark, trademark and/or trade dress of Rajmall Inventives and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned in the Rajmall Inventives Service are the property of their respective owners. The Rajmall Inventives Service and all content and other materials contained in the Rajmall Inventives Service, including, without limitation, the Rajmall Inventives logo, user interface, and all text, designs, photos, graphics, videos, articles, tips, comments, information, data, software, sound files, and the selection and arrangement thereof (the “Rajmall Inventives Content”) are the proprietary property of Rajmall Inventives and its licensors and users and are protected by patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. You agree not to use the Rajmall Inventives Service except in its intended manner in accordance with these Terms. The App and the Rajmall Inventives Content are licensed and not sold to you. Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in these Terms, Rajmall Inventives grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sub licensable license to install and use the App on any mobile device that you own or control and to access and use the Rajmall Inventives Service, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and enjoyment. We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time in our sole discretion.

Idea and Feedback submission
If you submit comments, ideas, or feedback to us, you agree that we can use them without any restriction or compensation to you. We do not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas or feedback previously known to us, developed by Rajmall Inventives, or obtained from sources other than you. Our feedback and submissions policy is also part of the terms.
We are always pleased to hear from users of the Rajmall Inventives service and those interested in Rajmall Inventives, whether in the form of comments or other feedback. However, neither Rajmall Inventives nor any of its employees or any other representatives of Rajmall Inventives may accept or consider any unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new or improved products or services, new marketing campaigns or product or service names. Therefore, please do not submit any such unsolicited ideas in any form to Rajmall Inventives or any of its employees or representatives. This policy is necessary to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes that may arise if any of our new products or services or marketing campaigns were to appear similar to an idea submitted by you.
If, despite our policy, you still submit an idea to us, then regardless of anything contained in your submission you agree that the following shall apply:

User Content
You may submit tips, factoids, articles, advice, photos, videos, exercise regimens, comments, and other content or materials (the “user content”) for publication and use in connection with the Rajmall Inventives service. You retain all rights to your content that you post to the Rajmall Inventives service. By making your content available on or through the Rajmall Inventives service you grant to Rajmall Inventives a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, publicly display, publicly perform and distribute your content only in connection with operating and providing the Rajmall Inventives service.

We provide these links only as a convenience to you, Rajmall Inventives makes no representation or warranty of any kind regarding the accuracy, reliability, effectiveness, or correctness of any aspect of any third-party services, and consequently, Rajmall Inventives is not responsible for the content, products or services that are available from third-party services. You are responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions and privacy policy that applies to your use of any third-party services, and you acknowledge sole responsibility and assume all risk arising from your use of any third-party services.
Hyperlinks
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to create text hyperlinks to our websites for non-commercial purposes; however, you may not use our logos or other proprietary graphics to link to our sites without our express written permission.
Our enforcement rights
We are not obligated to monitor access or use of the Rajmall Inventives service, Rajmall Inventives content, or your content or to review or edit any Rajmall Inventives content or your content, but we have the right to do so for the purpose of operating the Rajmall Inventives service, to ensure compliance with these terms, and to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. We may consult with and disclose unlawful conduct to law enforcement authorities, and pursuant to valid legal process, we may cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law. We reserve the right (but are not required) to remove or disable access to the Rajmall Inventives service, any Rajmall Inventives content, or your content at any time and without notice, and at our sole discretion, if we determine that the Rajmall Inventives content, your content, or your use of the Rajmall Inventives service is objectionable or in violation of these terms. We have the right to investigate violations of these terms and any conduct that affects the Rajmall Inventives service.
Communication policy
You agree to receive alerts and notifications. As part of your use of the Rajmall Inventives service, you may receive notifications, offers, discounts and general information via text messages, or by emails for the purpose of collecting feedback regarding their services. You agree to the receipt of these communications. You can control receipt of non-service related communications from your account settings or by sending mail to service@rm-i.com. The customer acknowledges that the SMS service provided by Rajmall Inventives is an additional facility provided for the customer’s convenience and that it may be susceptible to error, omission and/ or inaccuracy. In the event the customer observes any error in the information provided in the alert, Rajmall Inventives shall be immediately informed about the same by the customer and Rajmall Inventives will make best possible efforts to rectify the error as early as possible. The customer shall not hold Rajmall Inventives liable for any loss, damages, claim, expense including legal cost that may be incurred/ suffered by the customer on account of the facility.
Creating an Account
To access and use certain features of the services, you may be required to register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to: provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted when you register (“Registration Data”); maintain the security of your password and identification; and maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for making sure that you keep your password secure and safe, and you accept all responsibility for any activity that occurs through your account, with or without your knowledge. You agree that you will not do anything that might jeopardize the security of your account, including sharing your password with or logging in through unauthorized third-party applications or clients. If you use any such application or client, you acknowledge and agree that we will bear no responsibility for any actions taken by those applications or clients, such as any breach of or unauthorized use of your account information or messages. We may need to contact you about your use of the Rajmall Inventives service. These communications are part of the Rajmall Inventives service and you may not opt-out from receiving them. You can manage and opt-out from receiving other communications in accordance with Rajmall Inventives privacy policy.
Pricing
Rajmall Inventives can withdraw products from the Rajmall Inventives store at any time and for any reason. Prices listed through the Rajmall Inventives store are stated in Indian Rupees, and do not include any shipping and handling charges or applicable taxes (including any customs duties), which charges and taxes will be communicated to you at the time you place an order, and you are solely responsible for paying such charges and taxes to Rajmall Inventives (provided that Rajmall Inventives may offer free or reduced cost shipping from time to time on a promotional basis or otherwise, all in Rajmall Inventives sole discretion). You agree to indemnify and hold Rajmall Inventives harmless from and against any liabilities, interest, penalties or fees assessed against Rajmall Inventives arising from your failure to pay any such charges or taxes. Pre-orders
In advance of a new service launch, it may be possible to place pre-orders. The price of the service you pre-order will be as quoted to you at the time you submit your pre-order and may include tax and shipping when applicable. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee delivery of a service.
When the service is ready for shipping or delivery we will contact you to provide you with your purchase confirmation (including shipping costs and any taxes where applicable). This shall constitute the order acceptance.
4.1 Our Right to Reject Your Order
At any time prior to order acceptance, we reserve the right to decline or reject your order. If this occurs, we will attempt to notify you. Some reasons for rejection can include:
We are unable to supply you with service, for example, because that item is no longer available or because of an error in the price at the point of sale;
You do not live in a country or region from which the services may be purchased; or
You order more than the permitted maximum number of services.
4.2 Errors
We attempt to be as accurate as possible and to eliminate errors in relation to our services; however, we do not represent or warrant that any service descriptions or pricing information are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly (which includes charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. If we discover a pricing or other material error related to a service that has yet to be shipped or delivered, we will contact you to inform you of this error and give you the option of continuing to purchase at the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as canceled.

We may accept various forms of payment, including credit and debit cards, and payments made through PayPal. Additional terms with your payment provider may apply.
By submitting an order or pre-order, you acknowledge that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and you authorize us to charge your order to that payment method. Depending on where you are located or ask to have services shipped or delivered, Rajmall Inventives may utilize an agent, subsidiary, or affiliate to process payment and shipping. In the event the payment method you designate cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, we may suspend or cancel your order. You are responsible for resolving any problems we encounter in order to proceed with your order. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time and in our sole discretion.

If your purchase or use of the services is subject to any type of use or sales tax, duty or other governmental tax or fee (“taxes”), then we may charge you for those taxes. Applicable taxes may be presented at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes or duty or customs due with respect to your use or receive the services.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

Ordering from the Rajmall Inventives store

We’ll ask you for your name, phone number, e-mail address, shipping and billing address and other information so we can fulfill your order. When you place an order, Rajmall Inventives third-party payment service provider will collect your credit card details and charge your credit card account in connection with the order, and you agree to make all applicable payments in connection with any order placed by you. Rajmall Inventives does not view or store your credit card information. We store your shipping address so we can process your order through our fulfillment partner. For more information on Rajmall Inventive data use practices please see the Rajmall Inventives privacy policy, and that privacy policy is hereby incorporated in and made a part of these terms of sale by this reference.
By placing an order through the Rajmall Inventives store, you agree that:
Any credit card information supplied by you is true and complete; and
You will pay the applicable price listed, as well as any shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes (including any customs duties).
All products purchased by you are for personal or gift use and not for commercial use of any kind.
Changes to the Rajmall Inventives service
Rajmall Inventives may change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any feature or component of the Rajmall Inventives service at any time without prior notice to you. Rajmall Inventives is not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any feature or component of the Rajmall Inventives service. We reserve the right to determine the timing and content of software updates, which may be automatically downloaded and installed by a Rajmall Inventives app through any product without prior notice to you anytime.
Acceptance and fulfillment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Rajmall Inventives. After you place an order, you will receive an email from Rajmall Inventives confirming that Rajmall Inventives has received it. Acceptance of your order will occur upon your receipt of another email from Rajmall Inventives containing a shipping confirmation number, tracking number and carrier information. If an order is on back order, we’ll send you an email indicating that this is the case, followed by another email when the products in question are in stock containing the shipping confirmation number, the tracking number, and carrier information. Rajmall Inventives reserves the right not to accept your order for any reason or no reason. Rajmall Inventives reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of a product being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
Additional terms
These terms are in addition to and do not replace or change, any other agreements you enter into with Rajmall Inventives, which may include but are not limited to our developer agreements, special device terms of use, community standards and contest, competition, or promotion-related terms. In addition, if you purchase physical goods from Rajmall Inventives, other terms of sale or promotion may apply from time to time. Your purchase and use of third party content may be subject to additional terms, including but not limited to third-party end user agreements and privacy policies. We encourage you to review any third-party agreements and policies carefully before accessing, downloading or using third party content.
Shipping and delivery
Rajmall Inventives will pack the products in accordance with its standard practices. You can choose the method of shipment and timing of delivery of products ordered and will be charged shipping and handling charges accordingly. Title to the products (except to the extent that the products consist of software) and risk of loss will pass to you upon Rajmall Inventives delivery of the products to the carrier. You acknowledge that all scheduled shipment dates are estimates only. Rajmall Inventives will make reasonable efforts to meet the scheduled shipment dates, but in no event, will Rajmall Inventives be responsible in any manner for any loss, damage, penalty (including any customs duties) or any other liability of any kind resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.
Warranty and Returns
Rajmall Inventives Private Limited warrants to the owner of the enclosed product that the product contained in this box (“product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery following the original retail purchase (the “warranty period”). If the product fails to conform to this limited warranty during the warranty period, Rajmall Inventives will, at its sole discretion, either (a) repair or replace any defective product or component; or (b) accept the return of the product and refund the money actually paid by the original purchaser for the product. Repair or replacement may be made with a new or refurbished product or components, at Rajmall Inventives sole discretion. If the product or a component incorporated within it is no longer available, Rajmall Inventives may replace the product with a similar product of similar function, at Rajmall Inventives sole discretion. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this limited warranty. Any product that has either been repaired or replaced under this limited warranty will be covered by the terms of this limited warranty for the longer of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery or the remaining warranty period. This limited warranty is transferable from the original purchaser to subsequent owners, but the warranty period will not be extended in duration or expanded in coverage for any such transfer.
Warranty Conditions

Before being able to claim under this limited warranty, the owner of the product must (a) notify Rajmall Inventives of the intention to claim by e-mailing support@rm-i.com during the warranty period and providing a description of the alleged failure, and (b) comply with Rajmall Inventives return shipping instructions. Rajmall Inventives will have no warranty obligations with respect to a returned product if it determines, in its reasonable discretion after examination of the returned product, that the product is an ineligible product (deed below). Rajmall Inventives will bear all costs of return shipping to the owner, except with respect to any ineligible product, for which owner will bear all shipping costs.
What this limited warranty does not cover
This warranty does not cover the following (collectively “ineligible products”): products marked as “sample” or sold “as is”; or products that have been subject to:
(a) modifications [including, but not limited to, the use of non-Rajmall Inventives provided key rings, adhesives, and accessories], alterations, tampering, or improper maintenance or repairs;
(b) Handling, storage, installation, testing, or use not in accordance with Rajmall Inventives user’s guide or other instructions provided by Rajmall Inventives;
(c) Abuse or misuse of the product;
(d) Breakdowns, fluctuations, or interruptions in electric power or the telecommunications network; or
(e) Acts of god, including lightning, flood, tornado, earthquake, or hurricane. This warranty does not cover consumable parts, including batteries unless damage is due to defects in materials or workmanship of the product, or software (even if packaged or sold with the product).
Rajmall Inventives recommends that you use only authorized service providers for maintenance or repair. Unauthorized use of the product or software can impair the product ‘s performance and may invalidate this limited warranty.
Limitation of damages
In addition to the above warranty disclaimers, in no event will Rajmall Inventives be liable for any consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages, including any damages for lost data or lost profits, arising from or relating to this limited warranty or the product, and Rajmall Inventives total cumulative liability arising from or related to this limited warranty or the product will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product by the original purchaser. You acknowledge and understand that the disclaimers, exclusions, and limitations of liability set forth herein form an essential basis of the agreement between you and Rajmall Inventives governing your use of the product and they apply without regard to whether the terms of this limited warranty have proven ineffective or if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Rajmall Inventives provides a limited one-year warranty on devices purchased directly from Rajmall Inventives or its authorized dealers. Except for the device warranty, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Rajmall Inventives service is provided “as-is” and “as available,” with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Except for the device warranty, Rajmall Inventives hereby disclaims all representations, warranties and conditions with respect to the Rajmall Inventives service, either express, implied or arising by law, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third party rights. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the Rajmall Inventives service is at your sole risk.
Rajmall Inventives cannot and does not warrant that the Rajmall Inventives service will function correctly and without delays or disruptions, will at all times be secure, error-free and prevent unauthorized access, or that all defects in the Rajmall Inventives service will be corrected. No oral or written statements, information, guidelines or advice given by Rajmall Inventives or its authorized representative shall create any warranty.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
This return policy and terms of sale (“terms of sale”) apply to all orders accepted by Rajmall Inventives Private Limited or any of its subsidiaries and affiliated entities (“Rajmall Inventives”) for the sale of its Rajmall Inventives devices (“products”). If you are the purchaser of the product and you are not satisfied with this product, you may return it in its original condition within seven (7) days from the date of delivery and receive the respective refund. Engraved devices are not covered under the total satisfaction return policy.
If you are unsatisfied or you have noticed any skin irritation with your product purchased from www.rajmall-inventives.com or from an authorised dealer, you have seven (7) days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
If you are unsatisfied with your product, you have seven (7) days from the date of delivery, the owner of the product must notify Rajmall Inventives of the intention to request the refund by emailing support@rm-i.com, provide the reason for the refund and obtain the Return Merchandise Number (RMN) relating to this return.
You must have the valid RMI customer ID number and Return Merchandise Number (RMN).
Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
All accessories originally included with the purchase of the returned product(s) must be included with your return.
Product(s) pre-ordered in May and June 2017 can be returned through December 31 of the following year. This is the only exception to the above described seven (7) days return period.
Products resold by unauthorized retailers are not covered by warranty.
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, vat) are not refundable.
You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Rajmall Inventives.
If you return product to Rajmall Inventives without all parts included in the original package or not in good physical condition, Rajmall Inventives retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product or the retail value of the missing or damaged accessories, whichever is higher.
If you purchased your Rajmall Inventives product(s) from an authorized retailer or on a website other than www.rm-i.com, Rajmall Inventives will not accept your return and you need to contact the retailer or another seller regarding their return policy.
